The information you provide here will ensure that we have accurate records so that we can provide the best possible stewardship of your gift. This is not a binding legal document, and your information will be kept confidential. For long-term record keeping purposes, it is helpful for us to have supporting documentation on file. If you are able, please send us a copy of the portion of your will outlining your gift to Pacific, or a letter from your attorney or financial advisor outlining your gift.

Note: In the unlikely circumstance that your gift designation is unavailable when your bequest gift is realized, the University’s President shall direct that the gift be devoted to the University’s purposes that the President, in consultation with the Dean or Director, deems to be most consistent with your wishes.
